Been so busy haven't had a chance to post a blog since Jaunuary, Got my run up 6.5 miles in 60 mins (treadmill) , p90x ab ripper doesn't hurt, can make most of the sets for the 300 workout (some sets have been omitted to make way for the p90x, and other exercises), now comes what i've planned and dubbed for "hell month", sparring details, 1mile run 10-15min exercise set, do another 1mile run do another 10-15min exercise set...full body 10Xs total, 3-4 times a week for the next 4-6 weeks.
Uggg, I've been sick (3 weeks ago), busy starting school up again, and then i rolled my ankle at the megadeth/motorhead concert (twice), but i still got my 4.73 miles on the stair master (simulate lifting the knees for up hill and through the mud) and my 5 mile runs 3-4 times a week. Finding motivation... My wife passed away in November and i have been lost, reflecting back on all the things I've told her my promises and desires, I have been brought here. 1 year ago i told her about tough mudder and I plan to conquer it.
