Jan 22 team training
Meet mello moods at 11:00 am for meeting and discussion. Workout to follow with modifications for making it easier/harder depending on fitness level. Since we are all at different levels this will be a good baseline gauge to come up with more specific and appropriate workouts. Should finish up around 2 pm or sooner depending on how long we meet first. I'll give an explanation and demo then ofthe workout. Wear layers, bring water, and a post workout change of clothes. If it rains we will still be going!! If it snows we will still be going!! But be prepared for after so no one gets hypothermia. Yay! Tara, can you get the word out? Thanks!! I'm good with the workout part bit not so much the organizing:)
