Been so busy haven't had a chance to post a blog since Jaunuary, Got my run up 6.5 miles in 60 mins (treadmill) , p90x ab ripper doesn't hurt, can make most of the sets for the 300 workout (some sets have been omitted to make way for the p90x, and other exercises), now comes what i've planned and dubbed for "hell month", sparring details, 1mile run 10-15min exercise set, do another 1mile run do another 10-15min exercise set...full body 10Xs total, 3-4 times a week for the next 4-6 weeks.
